We got a grant!

Announcement! Point Theatre Project is proud to announce we are a recipient of a Chicago Parks District Grant for Summer 2026!

This is a huge honor and we are excited to be producing a family-friendly “Fight” Night Out in the Parks Chicago Style for communities around our beloved city! This time, our classic bracket style show will feature six Chicago icons! Join us after the show to learn how we create safe fights on stage during our family-friendly light saber workshop.

Mark your calendars to come support Point Theatre Project and free events in the parks for Chicago Communities

Our Mission

The Point Theatre Project is femme-forward, queer-celebratory, and fights back…literally. We dare to ask the question “What’s the Point?” from the perspective of curiosity and hope, with the aim of furthering discussions that disrupt norms. The Point Theatre Project sees theater and storytelling as a weapon, a mirror, and a damn good time! Cause if you don’t enjoy the art you’re making, what’s the point?

Community. creativity. Controlled chaos.

HOME OF GLADIATOR FIGHT NIGHT

Chicago’s most immersive fight show where YOU choose what happens!

Watch from the edge of your seat as iconic characters from different genres battle to the death; only this time, YOU get to decide who lives, and who dies.

There will be drinks, there will be laughs, and there will be BLOOD!
